DOC Storica del 1969 – Moro Polo– Rosso
Obtained from different vineyards in Arquà Petrarca and Faedo valley, this Colli Euganei Rosso combines the austere character of the best Cabernet Sauvignon with the sweetness of Merlot and the strong flavor of Carménère.
After three years of ageing in oak barrels, we get a wine of balanced thickness, intact fruit and spontaneous pleasure.
We dedicate it to a proud and outspoken character, the “Moro Polo” also known as “Re del Venda”, which for over a half of the last century was the popular and respected forester in the vast slopes of Monte Venda, owned at that time by the Conti Giusti del Giardino.
